- Shaping your own communications agenda - you’ll have the opportunity to partner with key areas of the Life business and drive your own communications plans for key strategic deliverables.
- Driving colleague engagement through data – you’ll use the data and insight available to better understand the needs of our colleagues and make sure that we’re listening and reacting to what our colleagues need.
- Building great relationships – you’ll forge tight relationships with a number of key people across M&G.
Some of the skills and experience you’ll need:
- Experience working as part of an Internal Communications team, or in a role where you’ve worked as part of a team to deliver communications activity.
- A creative thinker who knows how to spot a really great story and how best to share it with people.
- The ability to explore and understand complex topics and create engaging content that links back to our corporate narrative.
- The ability to work well with a range of stakeholders to understand their agenda and needs.
- A reputation for getting stuff done – always to a high standard, on time and with good attention to detail.
- The ability to make good use of data and analytics to inform decisions and actions.
- An interest in developing a broad network, both internally and externally.
