Summary
M&G is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager – Corporate Tax Compliance Oversight and Tax Risk Management to play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing our global corporate tax compliance and tax risk management frameworks. You will act as a subject matter expert in corporate tax compliance, tax risk governance, and global outsourcing, while driving meaningful improvements across our tax processes, systems, and controls. Responsibilities
- Oversee the Group’s corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full adherence to local and international regulations.
- Lead coordination with internal teams and external advisers to deliver accurate, timely tax filings.
- Manage the end-to-end compliance cycle, including reviewing outputs from outsourced providers.
- Oversee UK quarterly instalment calculations and global tax.
