We are seeking a motivated and detail‑driven professional to play a key role within our Workplace Pensions area. As part of the Client Management Team, you will contribute to the oversight and management of client relationships across both public and private sectors. Our team supports clients and customers who entrust us with more than £10bn in Funds under Management, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and reliable expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the initial connection of workplace pension schemes to the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard
- Oversee the ongoing administration and maintenance of these schemes on the Dashboard
- Support senior client managers in maintaining and strengthening relationships, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction
- Contribute to business retention efforts by delivering high‑quality operational and administrative support
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth operational processes across all pension scheme interactions
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven client management experience, ideally within pensions or financial services
- Strong working knowledge of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard and related processes
- Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing competing priorities
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute positively to a busy, supportive, and high‑performing team
