This colleague-level 12 month Fixed Term role sits within the Relationship & Supplier Oversight pillar and supports administration, governance and operational coordination across key partners and suppliers.

To provide accurate and timely administration of third‑party relationship activities including onboarding coordination, due diligence support, invoicing/procurement interaction and supporting data oversight activities (e. g.

EMT).

  • Key Work Level Accountabilities
  • Support effective management of supplier and partner governance administration.
  • Ensure onboarding and due diligence documentation is complete and aligned to TPRM expectations.
  • Support accurate invoice processing and issue resolution with procurement and suppliers.
  • Support pricing/EMT oversight administration and evidence packs.

Key Responsibilities for this role

  • Supplier onboarding & governance administration
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and documentation in line with the TPRM governance framework.
  • Maintain relationship records, governance logs and review schedules.
  • Support due diligence evidence gathering and follow‑ups.
  • Fund onboarding support
  • Support fund onboarding coordination; track approvals and sign‑off artefacts.
  • Coordinate validation of BPO‑collected data prior to onboarding approvals.
  • Invoicing & procurement coordination
  • Support supplier invoicing processes and liaise with procurement teams.
  • Manage complex invoices (outside standard finance/commercial processes) and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain invoice trackers and approval audit trails.
  • Data support (pricing / EMT)
  • Support pricing validation administration and tolerance breach tracking.
  • Support EMT oversight administration (data receipt, completeness checks, filing/retention).
  • Customer, conduct & Consumer Duty expectations
  • Support accurate and timely supplier/partner administration that underpins service delivery and customer outcomes (e. g. pricing accuracy and timely onboarding).
  • Escalate any issues that could impact customers (e. g. data quality issues affecting disclosures or pricing).
  • Evidence & assurance expectations
  • Maintain complete onboarding, due diligence and invoice approval audit trails.
  • Maintain trackers for pricing tolerances/EMT oversight and associated actions.
  • Maintain governance action logs and document repositories.
  • Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Strong administration and coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience working with procurement/finance processes.

Comfortable managing multiple trackers and maintaining audit‑ready documentation.

Exposure to third‑party governance/TPRM processes and investment operations data (e. g.

EMT) desirable.
