M&G is recruiting for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role within the Service & Customer Outcomes Oversight pillar in Bath. You will provide independent oversight of outsourced front and back office activities, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and backlog performance are met and that issues are escalated and remediated.

The role focuses on monitoring service performance, MI, operational risk inputs, corrective actions and continuous improvement, with emphasis on customer outcomes and compliance with Consumer.
