M&G is seeking an experienced regulatory oversight professional to provide day-to-day governance of outsourced CASS activities and related controls. You will oversee reconciliations, evidence packs, and governance outputs to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory & CASS Oversight, you will collaborate with BPO teams and internal stakeholders to escalate risks, drive timely remediation, and support SMCR/accountability commitments.
