Purpose: Employed by M&G, this role will support BauMont Real Estate Capital, a specialist real estate investment manager within M&G’s Private Markets business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and providing high-quality support to senior stakeholders across the business based in London and Paris.

Key responsibilities:

  • Personal Diary Management: provide highly skilled and organised daily management of individual senior Managers diaries.
  • Team Diary Management: co-ordinate and diarise large or complex meetings.
  • Travel / Itinerary: coordinate and book travel for colleagues.
  • Deal with Correspondence and General Issues: manage incoming correspondence and where appropriate take responsibility for dealing with issues autonomously through to completion.
  • Governance submissions: complete Gifts & Hospitality submissions for colleagues.
  • Expenses: submit expenses for individuals in the team.
  • Events: assist with planning and organising of events and the co-ordinate the team’s attendance at industry events such as MIPIM and EXPO.
  • Meeting Preparation / Collation of Documents: Ahead of large meetings ensure all documentation, venue details and other relevant information has been collated and distributed.
  • Document Creation: prepare high quality documentation as requested, including but not limited to Powerpoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, reports, agendas, minutes, letters etc.
  • Team Support: assist with tasks such as setting up new starters, management of leavers from the business and manage ARC for systems access for the team.
  • Ordering stationery: order company branded items such as business cards.
  • Investment Committee: support the organising and administration of Investment Committee meetings.
  • Subscriptions: manage subscriptions to professional publications.
  • Website management: update website with press releases, team bios and important company news.
  • Invoices and payments: assist with sending out invoices, processing invoices and setting-up payments.
  • Admin Support: assist with circulating messages to the BauMont team and be point of contact on the team for administration related tasks.

Requirements and experience:

  • Proven track record in providing high quality support to senior individuals at Director / Board level.
  • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information/matters.
  • Confident to work autonomously, with initiative, ‘managing upwards’ as required.
  • Experienced in supporting a number of colleagues across teams.
  • Ability to prioritise demanding workloads and to juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • Highly organised and efficient.
  • Knowledge of or a willingness to learn the M&G and BauMont business processes and systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Copilot.
