The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 £ per year.
We are seeking a plumber for new build housing developments across the Churchill area. This is a permanent position for a directly employed individual, although sub-contractors may also be considered.

Mandatory requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Minimum of 5 years experience (excluding time as an apprentice)
- Ideally, NVQ3 qualification and Unvented Hot Water certificate
Work description: The role involves plumbing on various new build housing sites, including:
- First fix plumbing and internal drainage for houses and apartments
- Second fix plumbing for houses and apartments
- Installation of air source heat pumps and unvented cylinders
- Testing and commissioning of completed work
