We are seeking a professional and friendly Customer Services manager to join our dynamic team in Bristol. Under the guidance of office management, you'll be part of a small office-based team. Your primary focus will be engaging with our customers and addressing any inquiries that may arise, while managing a range of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the work schedules of our two customer services engineers and invoicing customers using the Propeller cloud-based workforce management software.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, such as registering gas appliance installations and processing materials orders.
  • Oversee our customer services email address, ensuring prompt responses.

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is preferred.
