The Workplace Solutions (WPS) Project Manager is responsible for delivering workplace and property‑related projects that support business objectives, operational effectiveness and colleague experience across the UK portfolio. The role focuses on office fit‑outs, relocations, workplace refurbishments, space reconfigurations, moves and changes, and workplace improvement projects. Working with business stakeholders, Workplace Solutions colleagues and external partners, the role holder will manage projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation, operational handover and close‑out. The role requires strong project management capability, effective stakeholder engagement and a focus on delivering quality outcomes within agreed scope, budget and timelines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the delivery of workplace and property projects, including fit‑outs, relocations, refurbishments, moves and changes, and workplace reconfigurations. Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from concept and planning through to implementation, operational handover and close‑out.
