The Role: Digital Product Owner - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
The Product Owner (PO) identifies and prioritises delivery of improvements to customer experience and service that support the achievement of the strategic goals of their workstream or business area. These improvements may arise from new initiatives and/or improvements to existing products. By articulating a clear business problem to be solved, including any direct or indirect impact on the end customer, and by following a robust design process, the PO prioritises features based on their business value, using baselined measures/success criteria that can be tracked throughout the lifecycle of the product. It's the PO's responsibility to deliver early value to the business and its customers through regular incremental releases of workable product. By monitoring the impact of each release on the agreed success criteria, the PO decides the direction and duration of any further development of the product, not being afraid to fail fast when that's the right thing to do. The PO works closely with stakeholders across the business to build and communicate their vision and priorities, and share progress against their roadmap.

- Support the Senior Product Owner in engagement of all stakeholders to set a competitive product vision and roadmap
- Bring the voice of the customer into the design and prioritization of new initiatives, experiences and features, whether the impact on the end customer is direct or indirect
