Product Executive M&G Life is a division of M&G plc and runs the Prudential Assurance Company, responsible for the manufacture and review of all insurance products including our legacy back book and life and pension products open for new business within the UK retail market. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Platform Solutions in M&G Life on development and definition of integration links, life-cycle management and governance for our 3rd party platform and technology hub integrations for the PruFund Franchise Platform. The role will work collaboratively across various stakeholders as well as key strategic platform and technology partners to ensure that appropriate changes are made to the integration services and that the relevant PAC governance is adhered to. The role will support the broadening distribution of PruFund and Life retirement solutions through business development to grow the share of Life products in the wholesale platform market. Supporting the development of business cases, concepts and integration strategy which is then supported by the ongoing development of the PruFund Franchise proposition. Key accountabilities for this role Support and contribute to the strategic direction for tech hub and platform integration for PruFund in the wholesale market Work closely with a broad groups of SMEs on any new integrations and technical designs to enable PruFund and other wholesale retirement propositions to be held on 3rd party platforms Work collaboratively with relevant product managers and wider stakeholders across the business to support the ongoing product governance Work closely with Distribution and Market Data providers to understanding the needs of key distributors, partners and end customers Support and provide key SME input to new integration development, technical design and implementation with 3rd party platform providers Act as an SME on new integration development including regulatory change working with relevant product managers to ensure change is appropriately implemented Ability to pull together a range of ideas and information / activity into cohesive output to aid and support internal and external stakeholders and forums Knowledge Understanding of platform integration and knowledge of platform propositions and governance is essential Previous experience of fund asset data, construction and legal structures You will have a good understanding of the retail investment savings market with both technical and commercial knowledge, focused on platform services and also taking into account underlying products including WP You will require excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
