Corporate Pension Solutions (CPS) is a division within M&G Life with a remit to design and deliver bulk purchase annuities and alternative de-risking products for Defined Benefit pension schemes. Due to ongoing success and a strong opportunity set, the team is adding headcount in a number of areas.
The Senior Transition Manager is responsible for the end to end transition process including managing individual schemes and development of the transition management processes.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Responsible for the transition process of buy in schemes into the business and the transition of scheme from buy in to buy out (including attaching DC benefits)
- Management of the data verification / post sales pricing process
- Own the Matching Adjustment compliance process for allocated schemes
- Develop and refinement of the transition process putting in place best in class transition services
- Participate in external sales presentations and support the Origination team where appropriate
- Produce and own transition plans with clients and internal stakeholders
- Act as key internal contact point for all queries relating to the agreed transition process
