The Global Controls Monitoring team has responsibility for Aladdin Investment Compliance and conducting monitoring of fund manager and dealing controls to provide business challenge and assurance that these obligations are followed. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Partner Lead to oversee end-to-end Aladdin Investment Compliance and Monitoring & Assurance across our Asset Management business. This role provides hands-on accountability for the global delivery of Aladdin Investment Compliance Services and continuous monitoring to their Business Unit.
Key Work Level Accountabilities:
- Facilitate end-to-end Onboarding Pillar for all portfolios within Business Unit
- Completion of the Guideline Feasibility Assessment
- Oversee the delivery of Portfolio Coding & Review Services
- Validate Portfolio Readiness KPI & Reporting
Provide periodic reporting and engagement with Business Units on:
- Service Performance
- Control Performance
- Breaches & Trends
