About the Role
M&G's Royalties and Asset-Based Equity team within our Structured Finance business is seeking a high-calibre Investment Analyst / Associate to join our team. This is an opportunity to become part of a growing team responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing asset-based equity investments, both directly and through dedicated investment platforms. The portfolio currently exceeds $2bn of assets under management, with exposure across a diverse range of asset classes including royalties, aviation leasing, real estate lending, agriculture, and mortgage servicing rights. With new strategies launching, this role offers the opportunity to play a meaningful part in the continued growth and evolution of the platform.
Role Purpose
The successful candidate will support the team across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis to execution, portfolio management and ongoing monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support origination activities, including screening new opportunities and preparing initial investment assessments
- Conduct financial, commercial, legal, and structural due diligence on prospective investments
