Opportunity M&G is a long-established player in Private Credit, serving a global client base and with three decades of experience. The Private Corporate Credit team manages €10 billion across liquid and illiquid strategies, including Broadly-Syndicated Loans, High Yield Bonds and Direct Lending, with sustainability fully embedded in the investment process. As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an Associate Fund Manager to join the investment team. The role offers broad exposure across portfolio management, idea generation and client engagement, with a clear pathway to lead fund management responsibility over time. You will work in a high-conviction, analytical environment that values sound judgement, intellectual curiosity and collaboration.
The Role As an Associate Fund Manager, you will:
- Support senior fund managers in the construction and management of private corporate credit portfolios, with increasing responsibility for specific mandates over time;
- Contribute to portfolio-positioning, risk assessment and relative value analysis across liquid and less liquid strategies;
- Generate and develop differentiated investment and trading ideas;
