The role sits within the 2LoD Global Financial Crime Compliance PRAGMA team (Policy, Reporting, Analytics, Governance, Methodologies and Awareness), providing exposure to senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Business Units and Technology. The successful candidate will take ownership of the Group financial crime Key Risk Indicator (KRI) framework, helping to define, monitor and report key financial crime risk metrics that support risk appetite monitoring, governance and decision-making across the organisation. The role offers significant breadth and visibility across all major financial crime risk disciplines, including AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, and customer due diligence. Beyond KRI oversight, the position provides the opportunity to shape the quality, integrity and effectiveness of financial crime management information, working closely with Business Units and technology teams to enhance data governance, strengthen controls and implement automated reporting solutions.
