Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of presentations / pitch and client servicing books, interpreting a wide range of briefs, whilst keeping to corporate guidelines.
  • Source statistics such as fund performance, holdings information, prices, risk statistics, etc. from our Client Reporting teams as well as investment teams
  • Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Ensure consistency and maintenance of M&G's brand internally and externally.
  • Stay abreast of best practice and competitors to make informed recommendations to enhance M&Gs pitchbooks.
  • Manage own workload and provide feedback to stakeholders on job progress and delivery.
  • Act in accordance with the FCA's Treating Customers Fairly principles at all times.
  • Adhere to Compliance requirements (including FCA rules, and internal procedures.
  • Manage risk within area of responsibility in order to mitigate errors and breaches.
  • Actively work with compliance to keep up to date with changes covering all communications.
  • Maintain good relationships with distribution/sales, product specialists, Fund Managers and other functions including Performance, Risk Management, RFP and databases

  • Strong design/visual communication skills.
  • Work within Salesforce to create presentations as briefed
  • Develop strong working relationships and maintain regular contact with key internal clients, and all stakeholders.
  • Develop, deliver and maintain presentation materials in partnership with marketing, sales and investment teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent and clear.
