As the Digital Performance Account Manager, you will manage the daily operations for the Halfords and LNER accounts by translating objectives into actionable media deliverables and ensuring high-quality performance campaigns that align with broader communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Digital campaign activities, ensuring integration with overall media strategies.
  • Develop coherent planning recommendations and confidently challenge briefs and timelines.
  • Collaborate with specialists for cohesive performance campaigns and optimize campaign performance based on data insights.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally while creating compelling narratives for clients.

Experience: In digital performance, with knowledge of channels like Paid Search, SEO, and Programmatic Display; familiarity with ATL channels preferred.

Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in evaluating digital performance and using measurement tools.

Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of media planning and buying processes in retail.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for relationship building.
