The Role
As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll play an important role in delivering a high-quality breakfast experience for our guests in the Cast Iron Restaurant. You’ll prepare and present fresh breakfast dishes, maintain excellent kitchen standards, and ensure smooth service during busy morning periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to brand standards and specifications
- Manage your section during service and support the wider kitchen team
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards
- Prepare ingredients and maintain stock readiness for service
- Deliver consistent quality and presentation in all breakfast items
