On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a number of Senior Project Managers for a 6 month contract based in either Edinburgh/London.

It will be a hybrid model.

We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer workplace accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.

Purpose of the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a number of Senior Project Managers to support the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across M&G's Life portfolio.

You will lead complex change projects, driving business, digital and data transformation while ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement across the programme What you'll do: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex change initiatives from inception through to benefits realisation.

Drive successful outcomes through effective planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Executive-level sponsors and Steering Committees.

Lead and develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Manage third-party partners and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Champion delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches as appropriate.

The skills you'll need: Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes within a Senior Project Manager capacity.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills at all levels.

Experience working in fast-paced, complex and multi-disciplinary environments.

Strong governance, risk, issue, dependency (RAID) management and reporting capability.

Demonstrated leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams.

Proficient in project delivery tools and methodologies, including Jira.

Financial Services, Life & pension experience preferred, with digital, customer or data transformation experience highly desirable.

Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) with project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile considered advantageous.

Takes ownership and accountability for delivering results.

Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across teams.

Communicates with clarity, confidence and transparency.

Maintains a strong focus on outcomes, value delivery and benefits realisation.

Adapts quickly and thrives in complex, changing environments.
