The Role
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across our restaurant, banqueting, and event operations. As Sous Chef, you’ll be hands-on in the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. You’ll assist with menu development, oversee day-to-day operations, and help lead and inspire a skilled brigade. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations across restaurant and events.
