Overview
In this role you help ensure compliant operations across the business by guiding compliance practice and educating stakeholders. You will lead regulatory and client compliance initiatives, including approvals for financial promotions in UCITS contexts for the EMEA region, while collaborating with Legal and cross-functional teams. You’ll train colleagues, draft guidelines, and stay current with global regulatory changes. This position suits someone who shapes compliance capabilities within a hybrid, people-first culture.

Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships and communicate compliance requirements to business units
- Lead on financial promotions approvals for UCITS funds and related materials for the EMEA region
- Research regulatory issues and provide guidance to internal stakeholders
- Draft new guidelines and procedures; respond to requests and influence solutions
- Monitor regulatory updates and interpretations; collaborate with Legal on implications
- Provide compliance training to staff and participate in projects within Compliance
- Support global initiatives in the assigned region
- Work within a hybrid, cross-functional team to ensure compliant operations
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in investment management or financial services compliance
- Experience with financial promotions approvals and general compliance sales practice
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, customer-service, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write effectively and present research and conclusions persuasively
- Experience multitasking and prioritizing by business need
- Proven ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships and maintain cross-functional teams
