We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm. The firm has a strong, loyal client base and a team of specialist fee earners acting for a wide range of private and commercial clients.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and work closely with colleagues across the firm. You will be trusted to handle matters autonomously while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions including:
- Sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Remortgages
- Registered and unregistered properties
- Help to Buy and Shared Ownership matters
- Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
- Transfers of equity
The Candidate
- 1–3+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law
- Experience acting for individual clients on a broad range of matters
- Able to work independently on complex legal cases
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Ambitious with a desire to progress within the firm
- Enthusiastic about networking and business development
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships

- Conveyancing Law Expertise – In-depth knowledge of residential property transactions
- Case Management – Ability to manage a full caseload independently
