We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm. The firm has a strong, loyal client base and a team of specialist fee earners acting for a wide range of private and commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who is keen to contribute to the continued growth of the firm and who shares strong professional and client-focused values.
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and work closely with colleagues across the firm. You will be trusted to handle matters autonomously while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities- Managing residential conveyancing transactions including:
- Sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Remortgages
- Registered and unregistered properties
- Help to Buy and Shared Ownership matters
- Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
- 1–3 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law
- Experience acting for individual clients on a broad range of matters
- Able to work independently on complex legal cases
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Ambitious with a desire to progress within the firm
- Enthusiastic about networking and business development
- Conveyancing Law Expertise – In-depth knowledge of residential property transactions
- Case Management – Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication with clients and third parties
- Client-Focused Approach – Delivering excellent service and managing expectations
- Problem-Solving Skills – Resolving title issues, delays, and complex matters
- Organisational Skills – Strong time management and prioritisation
- IT Proficiency – Experience using LEAP and other legal case management systems
- Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
