We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join its respected team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 5+ years PQE, to join a forward-thinking and supportive environment that places client service and professional development at its core.
The Role:
- Provide support on a wide range of commercial contract matters across various sectors.
- Engage directly with clients, offering commercially focused legal advice and building strong working relationships.
- Contribute to the teamβs business development efforts and participate in firm-wide growth initiatives.
- Ideally, bring an existing portfolio of quality client work or strong industry contacts.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including:
- Manufacturing and supply agreements
- Distribution and agency arrangements
- Franchising structures and documentation
- Drafting and advising on terms and conditions of business
- E-commerce and online contracting
- Software development, licensing, and distribution
