MFK Recruitment are working closely with a City of London Law Firm who are widely regarded as one of the leading companies in the niche of Civil Litigation.
We are now recruiting a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic specialist litigation team. They offer a supportive and dynamic working environment, opportunities for career advancement and a healthy work life balance with hybrid working.
Civil Litigation Solicitor – Key Responsibilities :
As a Civil Litigation Solicitor you will be responsible for:
- Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, landlord tenant disputes, and housing disrepair disputes
- Providing clear, accurate legal advice to clients at all stages of their disputes
- Providing support to senior team members on complex and higher value matters.
Civil Litigation Solicitor – Key Requirements :
- Qualified Solicitor (2+ years PQE) with a strong background in civil litigation or property litigation
- Experience handling a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex disputes.
- A client-focused approach with a strong desire to deliver the best possible outcomes.
On offer is a salary of up to 55k (DOE) along with a realistic bonus of 10k per year.
