Role Type: Full-time

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable compositing supervision experience for the duration of at least 6+ projects
  • The ability to recognize what is aesthetically / technically missing in a shot
  • Ability to offer various technical or creative solutions to fit with the budget and schedule of the show
  • The desire to feedback, coach and mentor the team and individual artists to produce the best quality work
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
  • A strong knowledge of matte extraction techniques, painting, roto, colour tools and methodologies, the scanning and timing process, matte paintings, and the use of 2 ½ D programs
  • Working knowledge of LiNUX and shell scripting
  • Previous exposure to colour pipeline related tasks

This role is Hybrid, which means the employee will be required to work a minimum of 2 days on-site per week at a Company designated location, and occasionally from home.
