Requirements:
- Demonstrable compositing supervision experience for the duration of at least 6+ projects
- The ability to recognize what is aesthetically / technically missing in a shot
- Ability to offer various technical or creative solutions to fit with the budget and schedule of the show
- The desire to feedback, coach and mentor the team and individual artists to produce the best quality work
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
- A strong knowledge of matte extraction techniques, painting, roto, colour tools and methodologies, the scanning and timing process, matte paintings, and the use of 2 ½ D programs
- Working knowledge of LiNUX and shell scripting
- Previous exposure to colour pipeline related tasks
This role is Hybrid, which means the employee will be required to work a minimum of 2 days on-site per week at a Company designated location, and occasionally from home.
