Day to day, you\’ll be successful in this role if…

you are an organised and proactive individual able to support a busy team with a range of marketing and business development tasks. You will be comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple deadlines and have a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

· General events support,including logistics, coordination and assistance before, during and after events.

· Booking tables, tickets and maintaining an accurate up to date events calendar.

· Follow up following events including attendee communications and updating internal records.

· Supporting business development initiatives including referral opportunities and client care.

· Arranging photographers and press shoots, liaising with colleagues and external suppliers.

· Helping to maintain budget tracking and action plan documents.

· Ordering branded materials and business cards ensuring adequate stock levels.

· Creating and updating various documents including team sheets and credentials.

· Supporting general ad hoc business development and marketing tasks.

Requirements:

· 1+ years\’ experience in marketing, business development or administrative support roles (internships included).

· Highly competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

· Confident communicator, with a professional telephone manner.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

· A positive, flexible and collaborative team player.

· Comfortable learning new systems and tools.

· A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between offices/events where required would be ideal but not essential.

· An interest in developing a career in business development and marketing.
