You will have a significant influence on how you want your experience and expertise to develop, and you will be strongly encouraged and supported to get involved in business development work, taking an active role in seminars and networking events, in addition to drafting monthly articles for publication.
The Employment team is an award-winning team, led by Divisional Head, Sally Morris who is based at the Worcester office alongside Partner, Darryll Thomas who you will be working closely with on a daily basis. The Employment team operates from Kidderminster, Worcester, Birmingham and Telford offices currently with future growth plans across Worcestershire, Shropshire and the West Midlands region.
You will be based in the Worcester office, enjoy a mix of hybrid/flexible working which will be driven by business needs.
