Overview

Shift work including evenings and weekends, exact shifts to be confirmed. Be the first face our guests see and make a name for yourself in one of our pubs! We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Bar and Waiting Team Apprentice – part of the team that is obsessed with creating great experiences for our guests.

Summary

We’re on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol. New to hospitality? You won’t be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bartenders are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It’s not just a shift on the bar. It’s mastering the best pint. It’s about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back for more. Whether you’re an expert now or you’re just starting out, we’re here to help you become your absolute best.

As part of our Bar and Waiting team you’ll:

  • Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks.
  • Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service.
  • Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed.
  • Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
  • Be encouraged to grow and develop whilst achieving a long-term career (if that’s what you’re after).
