About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a D365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and low-code transformation programmes. You will play a key role in shaping end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, working closely with clients across government, financial services, energy, and consumer sectors.
This is a specialist Microsoft architecture role, combining hands-on design authority with strong stakeholder engagement. You will lead solution design across complex, multi-system environments, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures that deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform programmes.
- Design scalable solutions integrating D365 with Azure-based services and enterprise systems.
- Lead High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate client workshops, translating business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Provide architectural governance and make key technical decisions across programmes.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding digital and CRM transformation initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Strong, recent experience designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM).
- Proven track record of owning solution architecture, including HLD, LLD, and technical decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, with exposure to Power Automate.
- Experience integrating D365 within Azure-based architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven systems).
- Demonstrable experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM transformation and low-code solution delivery.
- Experience delivering within complex, multi-system enterprise programmes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and influence decision-making.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality, value-driven solutions.
