VC backed innovative fintech payments start-up serving emerging markets led by experts in the payments sector now seeking a Treasury Lead to build and run the treasury function.

The role includes:

  • Owning the daily treasury position – across every bank and stablecoin wallet with a clear view of what’s usable and what’s committed.
  • Liquidity management including maintaining the liquidity and working capital models.
  • Reconciliations - daily to ensure control on monies being sent and received.
  • Managing banking and payout-partner relationships from a treasury perspective including onboarding new rails.
  • Owning FX risk management end to end.
  • Driving automation of treasury processes working closely with engineering including daily reconciliation process.
  • Supporting the month and quarter end close across multiple entities.

Your experiences:

  • You have previously/currently been integral in running a treasury operation within a payments, fintech or financial services business.
  • Ideally have experience of working across volatile currencies and used stablecoins as a settlement rail.
  • Can operate strategically and operationally – this is a build type role so need to be comfortable building the model to running the reconciliations and chasing stuck payments.

This is 5 days per week in their central London office.
