Interested in joining a fast growing international fintech? Due to growth, they are seeking an additional Financial Assistant to join their finance team supporting predominately their Canadian operation plus their European entities.
The role involves:
- Reporting to the Financial Accountant
- Leading on some of the core activities
- Daily multi-currency bank reconciliations across Canadian Dollar, GBP and Euro
- Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Day to day invoice processing and postings to Xero
- Investigating and resolving daily reconciliation breaks
- Supporting month end and year end financial reporting
- Providing information to support regulatory reporting for Canadian entity
What experience will you have?
- You will have a minimum of 1 year accounts/finance experience within AP/AR and/or bank reconciliations
- You may be studying for your AAT or ACCA/CIMA
- Any experience of working with multi-currencies is an advantage
