Private equity backed international SaaS business is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen the finance team's capability as the company grows. This role is a mix of monthly and annual group reporting, technical accounting and the continuation of driving automation improvements. It reports to the Group Financial Controller.
What will you be doing (core duties)?
- Lead the month end close process reviewing key journals and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review group management accounts including consolidations, variance analysis and commentary.
- Lead the preparation of group statutory financial statements across all entities.
- Be the primary contact for the external audit process.
- Support on technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, inter-company accounting and foreign exchange.
- Maintain and improve the financial control environment and drive scalability of finance processes and automation including utilisation of AI.
- Support on board reporting and cash flow forecasting.
What experience will you have?
- You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualified experience.
- Experience working within the SaaS/software/fintech/technology sector.
- Experience of end to end financial control and reporting including group consolidations.
What about office working?
1 day per week in the office with flexibility to do more if you wish.
