About the Role – As Finance Business Partner working within the FP&A team you will provide financial and strategic support to various stakeholders both financial and non-financial across the bank.
Responsibilities
- Working closely on the corporate and financial plans covering P&L and Balance Sheet
- Providing value added performance reporting and analysis to aid decision making and communication thereof
- Working with the business lines to support business cases, product pricing and return on equity models and analysis
- Input into the ICAAP, R&R plans, stress testing and scenario analysis
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and be their go to point of contact for financial and business support
Qualifications – You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstratable experience within FP&A and business partnering within the banking sector or wider financial services.
Pay range and compensation package – £85-95,000 + bonus + benefits
