Reporting to the Director of FP&A, as FP&A Analyst you will play a pivotal role in providing FP&A and finance business partnering services to key stakeholders to support this PE backed international scaling business.

Key components of the role:

  • Playing a key role in annual budgeting, strategic planning and forecasting activities.
  • Creating value added MI reporting to various stakeholders across Sales, Merchandising and Exco giving insights over performance both weekly and monthly.
  • Supporting pricing activities across UK and Europe and ensuring gross margin is aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Acting as a Finance Business Partner to stakeholders across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance.
  • Supporting projects such as new product roll out and new country roll out from an FP&A perspective.

Your background:

  • You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and be looking to develop your FP&A and commercial finance skills within this fast growing business.
  • You will have experience of P&L reporting and analysis alongside budgeting and forecasting.
  • You will be comfortable in building robust relationships where you are seen as a trusted business advisor.
  • You will ideally have exposure to tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience of working within a scale-up or SME business is desirable but not essential, and any experience gained within retail, fashion or FMCG is also desirable.

Hybrid/Office:

This client offers hybrid working, 3 days office and 2 days home.
