Public Affairs Roles for those with 0-3 years experience! On behalf of M+F Health, Liberty Lane Search is recruiting for an Account Executive, Senior Account Executive and an Account Manager in M+F's Public Affairs team. These roles will give you experience working in a fast-paced agency environment operating within a highly regulated industry.

About the Roles: We’re hiring in our public and government affairs team at Account Executive, Senior Account Executive and Account Manager level. You’ll help monitor and interpret the health policy landscape, produce high‑quality content and briefings, support and drive day‑to‑day client delivery, and contribute to new business and marketing. As you progress, you’ll provide counsel, spot opportunities to grow accounts, and take a visible role in pitches.
What we look for... At all levels:
- Curiosity about healthcare, health policy and politics, as well as an understanding of UK political institutions and processes
- Sharp research and writing skills
- Confidence in meetings and clear, proactive communication with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisation and a hands‑on approach to delivering client work and campaigns.
At Account Executive level:
- An interest in Health and perhaps some work experience
- A team-oriented and collaborative outlook with an ability to build client relationships
At Senior Account Executive level:
- Some relevant experience in a healthcare organisation or policy or political role.
At Account Manager level:
- At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Health and the ability to manage accounts day‑to‑day, provide timely analysis/counsel, and recommend programme improvements and growth.
