We are looking for an experienced

Corporate Lawyer to join Mezzle as a Consultant Partner.

This is not a traditional employed role.

You will have the opportunity to develop and manage your own corporate practice while operating within an established, SRA-regulated law firm with the infrastructure, technology and support needed to run matters efficiently.

Your practice may include

  • M&A and corporate transactions
  • Share sales and acquisitions
  • Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Joint ventures and investments
  • Corporate governance
  • Company formations and reorganisations
  • General corporate advisory
  • Strategic advice to founders, shareholders and management teams

You will retain control of your client relationships and practice while having Mezzle's infrastructure behind you.

Your Earning Potential -

At Mezzle, your earning potential is directly connected to the practice you build.

70% fee share from day one, rising to 80%.

For example

As your billings increase and the applicable threshold is exceeded, your fee share can rise to

80% .
