Responsibilities include:

  • Advise clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters, from day-to-day lending arrangements to complex financing transactions.
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate finance documents across areas such as secured lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance.
  • Support borrowers, lenders, and investors on financing transactions, including debt, project, and asset finance.
  • Advise on regulatory requirements and risk considerations within financial transactions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering practical, solutions-focused support.
  • Collaborate with other consultants and specialists to deliver seamless, high-quality legal services.
