Role Details
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and portfolio management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, development agreements, and property-related documentation.
- Support developers, investors, lenders, businesses, and private clients throughout the lifecycle of property transactions.
- Provide commercially focused advice on development opportunities, investment structures, financing arrangements, and property risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, developers, and other referrers.
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio within a consultant fee-share model.
- Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, banking, construction, and planning disciplines where required.
