Role Details

  • Advise businesses, lenders, borrowers, and investors on a broad range of banking and finance matters.
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate finance documentation across secured lending, acquisition finance, property finance, and corporate lending transactions.
  • Support clients on funding, refinancing, restructuring, and debt-related matters.
  • Provide practical, commercially focused advice on risk, regulatory requirements, and transaction strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term client relationships and becoming a key part of your clients' professional network.
  • Develop and manage your own client portfolio within a consultant fee-share model.
