Role Details:
- Advise clients across a wide range of corporate matters, from entity formation and governance through to complex transactions and strategic projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial documentation tailored to client needs.
- Support clients on transactions including M&A, investments, joint ventures, and restructuring activities.
- Provide pragmatic guidance on corporate compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with founders, management teams, and investors as a trusted legal advisor.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals in a fee-share environment.
- Contribute to business development by growing your own client base and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with other consultants and specialists to deliver seamless, high-quality legal solutions.
