Role

Details: Advise businesses, lenders, borrowers, and investors on a broad range of banking and finance matters.

Structure, draft, and negotiate finance documentation across secured lending, acquisition finance, property finance, and corporate lending transactions.

Support clients on funding, refinancing, restructuring, and debt-related matters.

Provide practical, commercially focused advice on risk, regulatory requirements, and transaction strategy.

Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term client relationships and becoming a key part of your clients' professional network.

Develop and manage your own client portfolio within a consultant fee-share model.

Please note: This opportunity is designed for lawyers who are able to generate or maintain client relationships and develop their own practice within a consultancy model.

Our Consultancy Model At Mezzle, our consultants benefit from: 70% fee share, increasing to 80% once billing thresholds are achieved.
