With extensive industry experience, we provide expert advice and streamlined processes to help our clients expand their spaces without relocating. Our wide range of products, including handrails, staircases, decking, storage, and shelving solutions, ensures that each mezzanine floor is tailored to meet specific business needs.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Operative, based in Long Marston. The Site Operative will be responsible for assisting with the installation and assembly of mezzanine flooring and related structures. Duties include preparing materials, following blueprints and project plans, ensuring site safety standards, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently. The role also includes engaging with clients on-site, addressing their concerns, and ensuring project satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for working effectively with clients and team members on-site.
- Basic Research and Project Management skills to follow project specifications, manage timelines, and adhere to quality standards.
- Experience in providing Training or mentoring to support team efficiency and development.
- Ability to work hands-on under physical demands in construction or installation settings.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in industrial or on-site environments is a plus.
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or installation roles preferred but not required.
