Role Description

This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity for a Lead Hunter – LinkedIn Outreach at Mezagent.

As a Lead Hunter, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging potential Businesses and Agents on LinkedIn, using a target audience list provided by Mezagent.

Your goal is to initiate conversations, build connections, and refer qualified contacts to our internal Sales Team, who will handle the closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to targeted Businesses and Agents via LinkedIn using personalized messages
  • Build and nurture professional relationships through consistent outreach
  • Share interested and qualified leads with Mezagent’s SDR or Advisor team
  • Keep basic records updated in our simple CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to align on lead quality and performance goals

This role is perfect for networkers, freelancers, or professionals active on LinkedIn who want to earn high commissions without handling sales calls or presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Sales, Networking, and Relationship Management
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Understanding of high-net-worth individual (HNWI) client acquisition strategies is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable,however, motivated students or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
