At Meyn America, our warehouse team plays a critical role in ensuring parts and products are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. We are looking for a Warehouse Technician - Shipping who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Technician - Shipping, you will be responsible for supporting daily shipping operations, including:
- Picking products within the warehouse and staging them for outbound shipments
- Accurately packaging products using foam machines, boxes, paper, custom inserts, and other packaging materials
- Processing parcel and freight shipments using shipping software and transportation management systems
- Utilizing warehouse and ERP systems such as Datum, Infor LN, Factory Track, RF scanners, UPS, and FedEx
- Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and warehouse lift equipment
- Supporting warehouse organization, cleanliness, and daily productivity goals
- Working collaboratively to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience using warehouse management systems and handheld RF devices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and system navigation skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 55 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights of up to 18 feet
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

- Sit-Down, Reach, and Wave Forklifts (training and certification provided)
