The Role Offers: * Stable, ongoing work with the potential to become permanent * A generous shift pattern that allows for extended time off – some weeks only require 3 shifts * A friendly and supportive team environment where hard work is recognised Main Duties: * Handling and moving products such as paving slabs and block paving across the site * Operating on a production line * Loading materials into machines and monitoring machine activity * Stacking and packing finished goods * Meeting production targets within strict health and safety guidelines Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial work is essential * Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual, labour-intensive tasks * Comfortable working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts * Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team * Must speak a good level of English * Personal safety footwear is required – steel toe capped boots only (no trainers) Shift Pattern (3-Week Rotation): * Week 1: Monday and Tuesday Days, Thursday and Friday Nights * Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Days, Saturday morning * Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Nights That's right – some weeks you'll only work 3 shifts and still earn a full-time wage!
