We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to help lead an exciting new kitchen opening in East London. This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning independent food brand as we launch a brand-new open kitchen in partnership with a hugely respected East London venue.

Working closely alongside the owner and executive chef, you will help lead a fast-paced kitchen focused on high-quality burgers, fried chicken, and creative modern comfort food. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone confident running service, leading a team, maintaining exceptional food standards, and taking ownership of the kitchen day to day. We operate multiple successful food concepts and are looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business long term.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor in a busy burger-led kitchen
  • Strong burger experience is essential
  • Strong experience running high-volume services independently
  • Experience creating new dishes, specials, and menu development is essential
  • Confident running a pass and leading junior kitchen staff
  • Strong understanding of flavour, seasoning, and food consistency
  • Solid understanding of Health and Safety standards
