What you’ll be doing
You’ll become the go‑to person for day‑to‑day IT support across the business, helping colleagues with everything from desktop issues and Microsoft 365 through to networking, device management and infrastructure administration. Alongside supporting users, you’ll help improve the IT environment. That includes strengthening Microsoft 365, Active Directory and endpoint management, supporting technology projects, improving documentation, and bringing greater structure to the way IT is delivered. You’ll also work closely with specialist partners on projects including Microsoft 365 improvements, SharePoint, infrastructure and wider business systems.
